These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Our Vow Pte Ltd 202325250K ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you, the user of the property portal by domain name of propertyvow.com ("Website"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Website and the services provided by the Company through the Website ("Services"). By using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should immediately cease using the Website and the Services.
1. Description of Services
The Website provides a property portal that allows users to self-register, post property listings, search and filter property listings, and contact listing-posters via a contact form. The Services also include the ability to register as a user with different roles, such as Agent, Seller, Landlord, Tenant, or Buyer. The registration process for agents includes real-time verification and data retrieval from CEA, URA, OneMap and government's public data repositories from data.gov.sg. All users must verify their email address and Singapore phone number to use the Services.
2. Property Listings
Users may post property listings on the Website with integrated real-time data retrieval from onemap.sg for property block address, map latitude and longitude, and routes to places of interest. Additionally, users may retrieve property past transactions and resale transactions from URA and HDB. Users may search for listings that cater to different categories of property in Singapore (HDB, private apartment, and landed property) and display property listings that cater to different types of listings (for sale, for rent). The Website also provides different styles of display for different users (agents vs landlords vs sellers) to allow visibly better listing of agents.
3. Contact Form
The Website provides an initial contact form to enable prospective buyers/tenants to contact posters by email and WhatsApp via our service's messaging agent without publishing their contact details.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use the Website and Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you have acquired and own the right to publish all information (data and media such as photo, audio and video) you provide to the Company through the Website or Services, and sucn information is accurate, complete, and up to date. We reserve the right to review, and may suspend publication of such information claimed to be infringing copyright or other illegal allegation for and during investigation. You agree not to use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or Services.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Company retains all intellectual property rights in the Website and Services, including all software, designs, graphics, text, and other content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Website or Services without the Company's prior written consent.
By submitting information and media into the website listing, users agree to allow us to perform marketing efforts that may include reproduction or republishing of such information and media to another platform for marketing purpose as we deem necessary. In the event that user has objection of such publication, user is required to contact us viat contact form. We will respond to request of removal of such information or media and will act within 3 working days.
